Want to play roller derby someday? Or do you just want to learn to skate better? Join us Saturday, February 11th for a co-ed roller skating boot camp designed to accommodate interested skaters of ALL skill levels.

What to expect:
Boot Camp will teach you the basic fundamentals of derby-style roller skating. This is a one-day, 3 hour class where you will strengthen your form, strides, crossovers, balance, control as you fall and recover—all while focusing on safety first. There is absolutely no contact, but you will get quite a work out and leave wanting more! Boot Camp is for men and women ages 18 and over.

What to bring:
Boot camp costs $20. Please bring your cash payment to be paid upon arrival at boot camp.
You will also need standard roller derby skating and safety equipment, including; quad roller skates, a helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards, and a mouth guard. Let us know if you need help acquiring any of these items!

What do I do AFTER boot camp?
Upon completion of a Boot Camp, you may be cleared to join our Rec League, the Brewcity Bootleggers.
